abutments in place of the frenum after circumcision

Goodmorning everyone. I have been undergoing circumcision surgery for about 2 months and in the end everything seems to have gone well. However, I do not understand one thing: compared to other photos seen on the forum, my frenulum has been removed and there are 2 stumps left, 1 near the meatus and one near the base of the glans. The abutments are raised and do not go completely unnoticed. is this normal or was there an error? Thank you

By the sound of it these should not be there. I woyld suggest going back to the surgeon, it is very minor to snip them off it's what it sounds like.
