I had the surgery 2.5 weeks ago now and I think the stitches etc are healing well and not causing problems, however I still cannot wear clothes at all, to leave the house I am just wearing shorts and physically holding the fabric away so it will not touch the glans. The glans as well has a lot of dry skin over the last week - is this normal? I am still having the salt baths every day. Any help on the above would be great, I am beginning to get very worried. Thanks

Yes this is perfectly normal. Keep doing what you're doing and at home, try to prevent any fabric from touching the glans to minimize the pain. It should start healing in a few weeks.
Perhaps can start with some material that is softer like microfiber underwear? You have to somehow allow the glan to be in contact with clothes. It will feel uncomfortable for the time being but if you persist, the sensitivity will settle down and your glan will get used to it. It takes time and could be months. This is my own true experience. You can do it.
