Webbed penis

I’m in my late 30s and have only just noticed I have a webbed penis! I thought it was normal. It seems more noticeable in the flaccid state than erect. I’m not circumcised so wondering why this defect was not spotted as a child in the 80s.

Anyone got any advice on this, should I speak to my gp, urologist? Any help please.

Your GP can assess your situation and may suggest you see an urologist.

Yeah mines genetic or developed during puberty. I’ve never really noticed it and it doesn’t cause me problems during sex. It’s only noticeable flaccid. When erect the penis fills it out. I spoke to a urologist and he said he wouldn’t advise surgery based on it not causing problems as you’ve described. however he is private so would do if I want it. Will speak to my gp first and also some other surgeons to find one that can do it with the most minimum of scaring. The one I spoke to said would be scaring so maybe he doesn’t use a plastic surgeons technique

It would be just for cosmetic results as it’s fully functional as it is. With all surgery is the risk of complications and infection, but yes I need to speak to more plastic surgeons first.

I used steroid cream on mine and it worked. Mine was only slight after circumcision just slightly annoying

Not sure that will work on me. What do you think 8thfloorben

My guess is that it only works on slight ones and mine was just tight there but not long. Plenty of circumcision centres do penoscrotal webbing surgery though

How old were you when you had it? Was it genetic?

Older than you hhhhhhhh I don't know if it was genetic, I never saw my dad's penis. It didnt affect sex with me it was just slightly annoying with masturbation

I would agree with consulting a cosmetic surgeon. This is more in their realm and I would suggest someone who regularly addresses and performs surgical correction of penoscrotal webbing.
