It is 22 days after my circumcison .Can I use salt water to heal faster?

And can i have sex after 6 weeks?

There is no fast line in healing process. You can use salt bath (homemade saline solution) and shower on daily wound care, but we all heal at individual pace. It's your body, you know when it is healed enough for to have an intercourse.

Im a month (today) post circumcision and im still very sensitive on my head. Is this normal? I still have stitches that will dissolve.
