Dry penis head and peeling after

Why my penis glan is dry and peeling, it's been 6th day after my circumcision. When the stitches will fall out. It's really poking and stucking on my clothes!! Any advice plz

Thanks for the response! What about the stitches, it's been 12 days, I had around 19-20 stitches all round the incision area. Maximum of them had dried out and lossen. I have pull out 8 of them and coome out easily after some pulling. Just want to know when the remaining will fallout, I have to really attend my office. But those remain ones preventing to dress up. Plz suggest🙄

Thanks!! Few of the stitches are really itching and behind the penis head the wound still looks reddish and body fluid appears. Is this normal? Is my wound still healing? Still can't touch behind the penis head...feels like too sensitive. Thiuh it's been 12 days after my circumcision. Waiting for full recovery and stitch free penit..haha.
