Red Dry Patches of Skin on Penis Head

Hi this has been going on for a week now. I randomly woke up one day and there was 2 spots on my penis head that were Red. And Dry Skin was peeling on top of it. It doesn't hurt, itch or anything. It's just there. I noticed everytime I shower it peels, so I'm assuming new skin is growing over it. Please help

As mentioned you should see your doctor to rule out STI’s or infection, my own experience with red spots/marks on penis head I changed soaps, I was using a fragrance cream shower wash but have changed to Sanex sensitive shower wash and it cleared within a week or so, mine wasn’t so much dry skin it was like a see through whitish film over the head but I new I was clean.

Are you wearing rough underwear/ no underwear? If your penis is swinging around that could cause abrasions.
