Hey guys. I suffer from phimosis and am planning to get ZSR circumcised. Have any tips/ or things I should take care of? How painful is it and how long is the recovery time? Any help would be great. Thanks!

Have you tried stretching etc with a steroid cream before circumcision? Circumcision should be a very last resort.
Agree with Ipsquint47. Periodically "Stretching" the tight opening will in time permit you to retract, while retaining the most sensitive tissue on your body. Prevent you from having to needlessly pay hard-earned $$$ to some doctor, too.
