I am new to this site and have been concerned lately because I believe that my penis is smaller than average when flaccid and I have no trouble in retracting my foreskin. I do however find difficulties in getting and maintaining an erection.100 mg. Sildenafil does give me a good (5.5inches) hard erection but as the girth gets tight it sometimes causes splits in the foreskin as it pulls back over the helmet.Should I give up the tablets and sex or is there another solution?

You might want see a doctor. It sounds as though a small amount of stretching of the foreskin, assisted by a prescribed steroid cream, may solve your problem.

Have you tried cialis? I find it gives a more natural erection. Not so ramrod hard but hard enough for penetration . And is lasts for 3/4 days - the tablet not the erection !

Hi Wilpo, your penis sounds average size. Is your penis growing a lot fatter with the ed medication making your foreskin tighter when erect?

Your comments are very reassuring- I wouldn’t say my erection gets much fatter but enough to make the skin tight and sore.Advice above I hope will alleviate the problem.Thanks for your input.
