My doctor put me on Viagra 20 mg and 1 pill a day to get the blood flow going in my penis. He also wants me to do stretching. Has anyone done this and if so what were the results?

I had a radical prostatectomy 1 year ago. From the beginning my urologist had me on 5 mg of Cialis daily to keep the blood flowing at the penis. Took it up to 20 mg. Soon after I started pumping with a VED for the same reason, to keep the blood flowing. Kept having nightly erections regularly, same as I had before surgery. However, my erections were not substantial. Cock ring helped. Recently switched to Viagra, 3 X 20mg and experienced eminent results: strong, full erections. Yes, got the headache. Took Tylenol and it was gone. I guess everyone is different.
