PE after circumcision?

I had circumcision on February 16th. The wound healed without any issues. I have some thick scar tissues and Doctor said it will go away with time but I have noticed that I am ejaculating way way quickly now to the point it seems I have a problem of PE. I am getting married soon and worried. Is this normal? Will it get better with time?

If you had phimosis, you weren't getting 100% stimulation. Now you are. In time, you'll lose a good deal of that.

The oversensitivity goes very quickly, you're only 8 weeks in. Also, worrying about having PE can give you PE. IMHO I'd masturbate a lot, quite vigorously & try not wearing any underwear so the head rubs against your trousers to toughen it up. There are exercises you can do for PE I believe such as stopping just before you ejaculate, waiting 5 minutes then repeat. Expect there's loads on the internet about these techniques.
