Swollen spot on my foreskin next to frenulum 3 months after circumcision

I got circumcised on Janurary 4th 2021 , so its been over 3 months, I am having concerns with piece of skin a spot right next to my frenulum that is swollen and will not go down so my frenulum can sit right. wanted to know have you guys seen this before and do you think it will heal on its own? PS not sure how to attach photos so I put them in the comments

Im only 5 days after circumcision but i have the same thing.All my glans are fine,only swollen part is next to my frenulum at the bottom of my glans.
