Small lump inside the shaft of my penis

Eight days after circumcision, I got a small lump inside the shaft of my penis next to the vein it slightly hurts to the touch but I don't want to squeeze or press it in any way, what does that indicate and how does it come about if anybody knows and will it disappear overtime as I recover?

Had a couple of these, in my case it's where they sealed off a vein under the outer skin. Disappeared within a month. Good luck, enjoy your new toy

Yes it disappeared after a month, I didn't use any medication. my penis is actually very healthy now.
