Concerns after circumcision

I am 24 years old and I have recently undergone circumcision around 2 weeks ago. After the surgery some white yellowish patches have started forming on the glans penis...is it normal to have them. Everyday while dressing the wound I rub them away but they form everyday. Is it a sign of not healing properly or is it a sign of infection? I am really concerned about this....

Doctor told that due to adhesion of the foreskin white yellow patches have formed on the glans head and these are dead cells and he also prescribed some antibiotics....

Yellow patches are most often simply dried lymph. Lymph is a normal body fluid that is brought to the site of any wound with 'building materials' to repair it.

However, as always, if you are particuarly concerned then please consult a doctor.
