I have blood coming from my penis! Please help! What should I do?

it has been 7 weeks since my circumcision surgery. I am jerking off pretty often now. Today and yesterday when I jerk off, I have a small amount of blood coming out of my pee hole. Is this normal for circumcision? Should I see a doctor? Please respond fast I am scared!
