Hello guys i went through ZSR circumcision a month ago , i still feel little bit of uncomfortableness during sex and cant let my penis to be touched properly and can’t shake it well , can any one suggest me what to do for such case

I think it's too early to have an intercourse. I'm not sure what your surgeon said about healing after ZSR-device, but the healing process is exactly similar than traditional circumcision except sutures were not used, but staples and silicone ring instead.

Surface of the wound looks healed first, but in deeper tissue healing takes much longer. Final healing can take 18-24 months. Here in Northern part of Europe doctors suggest not to have sex before than 6-8 weeks post-op.

As others here have highlighted one month isn’t enough time.

Human body repairs itself but it needs you to take care of it. Eat well, rest, and allow the body to heal.

Post circumcision, it’s best not to indulge in penetrative sex for at least 8-9 weeks.

Please be mindful that your penis has just gone through a significant change - it’s a physical trauma for the penis. Your body needs time to heal properly - adjust the blood flow vessels, the nerves, the flow of other body fluids, and the skin needs time to bond, adhere and grow strong.

If you rush to have penetrative sex you could cause significant damage to your wound and it could make your penis look less than perfect permanently.

However, it’s okay to gently stimulate the penis (without moving the shaft skin) and release pent-up sexual stress and orgasm.
