Bleeding post circumcision

I’m on my day 11 of circumcision, my silicon rings and staplers came off , wound also started to heal

Today after shower I usually clean my wound with hot water.

After cleaning it started to bleed on one spot and it’s difficult to control, pls advice what should I do now
