I’m meant to have my circumcision surgery tomorrow but I have a small cut/scratch on my penis. Does this mean the surgery will be cancelled?

Not normally, but if you have purulent wound and fever then probably yes.

Thanks for the reply! It’s just a small scratch so hopefully it’s fine then

I would phone them to check. I’ve had friends have admittedly more major surgery cancelled on the day because of a skin cut / spot.
