Dizziness after masterbating for the first time after circumcision?

Today is 4 and a half weeks since my circumcision revision surgery. I was able to jerk off with my shaft a week ago but today I noticed healing in my head of penis so there is no stitches showing and it looks normal now. I grabbed some lube and began to jerk off stimulating my penis head this time. It took me 3 times as long to ejaculate while stimulating the head than it would have if i only used the shaft. When I got done, I stood up and felt dizzy and very weak like I was going to pass out. I’m fine now but what happened lol I thought it was going to be this magical experience but clearly not. Any advice from people who have had this issue?

Takes a lot longer but the build up gives a great ejaculation IMHO
