Same problem here.. better to visit your doctor. My doctor is not available right now, so I have been putting mupirocin on the wound, and keeping it clean for last 4 days.
Mine tore off too in the middle , there is no bleeding and the skin below it seems fine and healed so I'm leaving as it is by washing and applying the ointment. Btw I'm on 11th day
