I had my zsr stapler circumcision 11 days ago. I know there isn't a great deal of information on this method so if you have any questions about my experience so far please ask away.

Hi, Its my 5th day after zsr circumcision. As suggested by doctor i kept my penis upright position using soft cloth in the underwear.

Now i notice that there is a big skin cut below the ring and ring is cutting into the flesh.

It looks horrible. Is it due to ring cut into my skin or its part of procedure? Please let me know.

Don't worry, it looked horrible for me too. the reason he wants you to keep it in a n upright position s to reduce the swelling and minimise movement. I didn't do this because I found everything to be too sensitive in the upright position. On day 5 for me things were still swollen and the ring was very tight, and everything below it looked red and raw with heavy scabbing. The skin near your frenulem takes the longest to heal, and it will be the last place the staples fall out from.My advice - don't worry for now, your body needs time to heal, allow plenty of time with your penis hanging out in the air to keep it dry and allow for natural healing.

Thanks Man. You are right. I should stop worrying. How many days it took you to loose the ring? Does it fall off by itself or it needs doctor intrvention?

is your ring in one whole piece or did the doctor make some cuts on it?For me, my doc made some cuts so the ring was in four quarters, I think this helped it become looser faster.

For me, on day 9 some of the staples were out but the ring was attached still, I know I shouldn't have but i helped some of them out by wiggling them a little, only the ones that had no pain and looked very healed.

on day 10 about half of them fell out in my sleep. now Im day 12 and I only hve 2 left. I have been very impatient though and pulled some off last night which probably weren't completely ready. I think I'll be fine but there is a higher risk of infection if you do that.

I found that if you have some loose ones, you can soak your penis in hot (not too hot) water which will soften the scabs. make sure to dry it out after, if you have a hair drier you could use it on a low cool setting as to not heat damage your skin.

I read an article that 88% people have to go to a doctor around 28 days post op to get the last staples removed. apparantly it's painless

My ring is in one whole piece. Its still tight on 7th day. I have been trying to keep it upright position and its very uncomfortable. It sticks to the cloth with dark color marks and still pains when i try to adjust especially near and around frenulum. All that i am doing now is cleaning and applying ointment twice a day.

If the pain reduces then i am okay if ring falls off little late also.

Yeah, it will take longer for you for sure, because the doctor didn't meke the small cuts in the ring. eventually the swelling will reduce a lot more, apply some ice in a plastic bag for 20 minutes a day if you can. when it heals a bit more your body will create new skin under the staples. the staples will only be attached to scabs. so when the scabs fall off naturally when your body is ready to push them away, the ring should start coming off. (I think, my experience will be different to yours of course)

I take CBD oil 3 times a day and the healing process has been rapid compared to other pictures I've seen at similar stages

I have swelling and can not pul back due to it to see the whole ring. had operation on 22nd.

Pulling it back is not a good idea unless it heals completely. swelling slowly reduces and you should be able to see the tip of ring first.

I dont know why my doc didnt give any cuts to the ring. I will patiently wait, no choice :)I will try to apply ice once a day and see.

I am on my 16 day post op of zsr..all the staples were out but one staple near frenulum is stucked in the skin (and the silicon ring of that parrticular staple is also fallen off) i am worried..should i remove it manually or wait

Its up to you, does it it hurt? What's it connected by? I would take it out if it were me but that's not advised and I'm not a medical professional.

The way I took out he last staples was just by wiggling them with sterilized tweezers. If it hurts AT ALL stop. If not, you can soak it in hot water to loosen things up and wiggle again. Wait for it to dry and repeat.

That worked for me but it might be different for you. If it's not out after 28 days post op get your doctor to take it out (any doctor or nurse can do it)

Cyberspunk its 12 th day my last peice of ring fell now and i am still keeping my penis upright position. But due to night erections i see that the cut on top of my penis is still not healed and i can still see the flesh as the skin pulls back due to erection. Will it be healed by itself? Or any special care to be taken? Shall i stop keeping it upright position and leave it hanging?

Its 2nd day after ZSR circumcision. As my doctor suggestion I am planning to take bath tomorrow. How to use saline water to clean my pennis.? can I buy saline water in medical store.? Can I use this saline water to clean silicon ring, swelling area and forehead.? Also my doctor told me to soak my pennis in Luke warm water for 5 min twice a day.. is it ok to soak? Plz respond..

Boil 0,5 liter of tap water and add 1 teaspoon of table salt on to it. Mix. Wait until the water is around +37°C. You can soak your penis in tea mug, clean with it and rinse too.

Commercial saline solution has 0,9% NaCl. This homemade is not for vaccination and injections.

Hi.. I had done it on 4 jan... Little swelling on sides...i am able to see my stiches and ring.... Can I use neosporin powder...my doc said to dip it in salt warm water for 10 min...he didn't suggested any cream or powder...

I’m in my day 8 post circumcision, some portion of silicon ring along with staplers just came off which gives lotta irritation and little bleeding

That's totally fine..I believe pain should be minimal and bearable and there should not be any discharge from your wounds..

This is my 6th day and the ring has cracks in it. It hurts to touch also forehead has bit itching. Is there any way I can find recovery pictures day wise to compare?
