I know how it feels exactly

Just divert your min.. i know its difficult

It will come out soon

Bulge is normal. It takes two weeks or more depends on person to person. I am on 12 day and i still have the bulge.

Ajay123458 Thank you for your response bro... now I am on 2nd day bro... I am getting frequent erections during night without my conscious. Last night I got 3 erections..it gave me immense pain.. did u get same when you were on 2nd day or 3rd day?

It does pain when you have erections and sometimes wake you up from sleep. Its normal and erections actually help silicon ring to peel off. Wait for 12-15 days when things will change dramatically for you. I am on 26th day.

LockeDown thank you for Ur response bro... How is Ur swelling..? Do you feel hypersensitivity..? Do you still taking medicine..? I am very curious about swelling..

Swelling lasted almost 20 days. It will start reducing after silicon ring falls off but still took time. Not anymore. Glans sensitivity was there upto 12-15 days and gradually reduced. Now i can wear inner wear, boxers, shorts, trousers, etc. But if i keep it loose (without inner wear) and when glans comes in contact with thicker garments, there is sensitivity. Should reduce over time. I was only given medicines for 15 days. Was applying neosporin over the stiches and gauze dressing upto 18 days.. After that i only apply vaseline over glans. Sometimes i even skip that.

LockeDown its 12 th day my last peice of ring fell now and i am still keeping my penis upright position. But due to night erections i see that the cut on top of my penis is still not healed and i can still see the flesh as the skin pulls back due to erection. Will it be healed by itself? Or any special care to be taken? Shall i stop keeping it upright position and leave it hanging?

Dont need to keep it upright. When you said cut on top of penis, are you saying its on the glans or the incision cut which is circular around the penis? For incision wound (from where ring fell off), you can apply tbact or neosporin ointment until it heals. Check with doc for any ointment allergies. If its in the glans, did it appear suddenly or since the day you had surgery? You can apply ointment/vaseline on glans if it was surgical wound. If it appeared suddenly from inflamation such as balanitis/balanoposthetis then its better to consult urologist. You maybe prescribed topical steriod cream. I had glans inflammation and it continued after zsr too. Had to use steriod cream just twice to get rid of the inflammation.

Its the incision cut. I am already using a cream suggested by doctor. I will keep using it.

Yes. I have been having erections from day1 of surgery. Pained badly for 8 days and then pain reduced. On 12th day now and still pains.

Mine started to fall off on the 10th day.. i would use a blow dryer on the wound to speed up the healing... on the 15th day after i was convinced my entire wound was healed i used a sterilised nail clipper for the last 4 staples near the frenulum...

Why would stapler pins be near frenulum? In zsr stapler and pins will be between incision line and head of penis right?

I had zsr 3 days back, but unable to see any pins near frenulum

I am on my 16th day and ring has not came of some 1/3 part of it came of automatically remaining parts have became loose and move too, some of the staples are still intact and some of them have came of and loosely intact so.I guess it will be okay.
