How long after circumcision can you usually start to exercise again?

Been 8 days since circumcision, I haven’t really left the house. Is it ok to be out walking at this point? When can I start to lifting weights/do cardio again?

Yes it is suggested to walk if you can do it. Just even short walk increase fluid flow on your penis and may reduce swelling between incision line and glans.

Do use gauze on wound cause it minimize irritation on wound when walking. I assume your wound is not healed yet. I think it's better to rest couple of weeks.
