I have a tight foreskin and I have been told that circumcising is best as I can’t full pull my foreskin fully back or even half back and I believe it has effected my sex life because I haven’t been able to cum during sex and takes me ages to even get off. I can only do this my self, is this normal to not feel much pleasure during sex as my head of the penis isn’t being used ???

Can a tight foreskin effect sex by not feeling much and not feeling pleasure
I would be interested to know also As I do have the same problem as Brandon, it’s been a problem for over 20yrs in my case.
i’m still healing after my circumcision i too had tight foreskin so atm i can’t tell you, but i did hear from multiple people that if u use your head it will be more pleasurable, it’s kinda common sense tbh lol so id get a circumcision if i were you.
Have you spoken to a doctor about this, Brandon?
Yes I have just with my job and this current situation with Covid be a very long wait
Hi mate
Hope you are well
With steroid cream and stretching it is not a fast solution but keep going at it keep doing it and be patient. Do your research into circumcision and speak to your doctor when you are able to. If the steroid cream does not work you will be referred to a urologist.
Now by the sounds of it you are suffering from phimosis which is tight foreskin now there are different stages of phimosis.
I suffered from phimosis and I am now circumcised I decided not to wait around for the NHS throughout this current climate.
But if I was you try to stretch your foreskin in the bath do not force it back as you can make it worse. Take your time and slowly stretch it back if you start feeling pain do not exert yourself and just take it step by step slowing pushing yourself to stretch the skin further and further back as the days and weeks go by. Once out the bath apply the steroid cream continue to stretch then just allow the cream to soak into your foreskin.
If you get impatient and force it back causing possible trauma, micro tears in the skin and as it heals it will get tighter and tighter which is not what you want. Depending on what steroid cream you was put on you may be able to get a more stronger one if this fails a circumcision will be offered by the NHS for free but due to the way a circumcision is considered it’s not important so will be pushed back and they will only do it for medical reasons and not for cosmetic reasons.
Please do your research properly we are here for you mate you are not alone.
Wish you the very best on your journey.
You may get circumcised for tight foreskin but do not do it with the expectation that you might suddenly have great sex. You may be disappointed. It is true that the glans of your penis is sensitive when the foreskin is retracted. Once “retraction” is permanent through circumcision, the glans does, in a lot of cases, lose its sensitivity.
Yes but it would still be more then now as I can’t even get it back
Hi. read some of the posts on post-op sensitivity. Some guys have hyper sensitivity initially but sensitivity declines as the glans protects itself in its new uncovered state. some guys have reported a complete loss of sensitivity.
Correct but it is different for all people who go through with a circumcision. You must do your research and look at the pros and cons. But also you must if you are to go through with surgery is to look around and find great surgeons if you are to go private. Also once you are circumcised you must keep your glans moisturised daily to reduce you loosing vast amounts of sensations but also keeping moist will stop your glans drying out and looking horrible.
You must look at your medical reasons not because it may look nice or it may feel great you are taking a risk once you remove your foreskin there is no going back.
I’ve had my foreskin removed and I am very happy I can actually feel sensations that I never felt before because my glans could never be exposed for 18 years of my life . Around the age of 8 you should be able to freely expose the glans fully without pain.
Circumcision removes the sensitive foreskin. The head dries out some men say after circumcision they have no sensation in their penis. They say that you last longer during sex after circumcision that is because you are not enjoying yourself so much it takes a lot longer to climax. You probably have more sensation in your penis now than after you heal from circumcision. If was you I would keep stretching. You have plenty time to stretch but circumcision is irreversible.
Tight foreskin might enhance the feeling as the nerves are stretched more and put into action.
Yes, all men on the anticircumcision forum say about loss of sensitivity. ONLY uncircumcised men talk about this problem. All nerve endings in the glans remain.!!! And during sex, moisture is restored and sensitivity returns. Less sensitivity is only in underwear (dry). When the glans dry, the brain ignores the feelings. When the glans in the vagina are moist, the brain receives feelings. ONLY an uncircumcised man cannot imagine this functionality.
