One or two total stitches came undone no pain when it did
No problem at all. That is very much normal. They may drop off by the end of the first week for most . Just do notice if the skin area is apposed well . The area might still be raw but should be apposed well and healing nicely . All the best !
If there is no gapping in the wound, do not worry. If it did then applying a dressing and allowing it to scab should be ok.
