Phismosis stretching cream ?

Does anyone know which cream is the best for stretching my foreskin for my phismosis , I hear steroid creams and coconut oil ect are good , just I don’t want to have to call my doctor and explain I need a steroid cream prescribed is there any online like amazon or something that I can buy one or coconut oil I can buy in a store or what thanks

You need to get the prescription steroid cream at the appropriate strength to help. Why do you not want to contact your doctor for that? You will not be their first penis issue!!

Incase they ask me to come in and then suggest circumsicion or something , and also I’m just nervous on phone calls

If you are to avoid serious health problems in the future you will do what you need to do. Nobody can force you to have a circumcision! nhs.uk/conditions/phimosis/

Before finding out my phimotic ring was just scar tissue that doesn’t stretch I read all the stretching guides.Extra virgin organic coconut oil was common recommendations to aid stretching.

Go easy and slow, when stretching it should hurt but you should be able to feel it.

Steroid cream is used to thin the skin, best to try without first.

My doctor was very much circumcision or nothing but after some talk about wanting to try stretching first I did finally get some steroid cream. Just explain that before you resort to circumcision you want to try stretching first with steroid cream aid.

There are many success stories with stretching with and without steroid cream.

Ultimately if it doesn’t work then there are options like partial circumcision which I’m 6 weeks on from having. I went private as NHS seemed to be remove it all or have phimosis.

I disagree with others here. Your foreskin is the way it is. No lotion or exercises will fundamentally change how your foreskin is built.

You can stretch your foreskin. I have stretched mine and others on here have too. There are guys on here that have be stretched the skin after circumcision to recreate the foreskin. If you are prepared to put in the work you will manage. Would be easier if you got a steroid cream from your doctors.

It depends on how tight your phimosis is. Mild to moderate may well be cured by stretching. Be aware that no one can tell you definitively how long it would take you to stretch sufficiently to cure the problem. I think in the UK, NICE guidance suggests trying stretching assisted with steroid cream for three months and see if there’s any signs of improvement.

I used Diprosone 0.05% but you should see the Doc, tell him/her you don't want circumcision if it can be done this way. Be persistent and don't be bullied into it. For stretching I'd recommend buying a speculum from Amazon. Good luck.
