Day 6 post Circ, peeing

Im on day 6 after circumcision.

Two days ago I had the urge to pee all day.. and started worrying.

Yesterday this urge was gone but the peehole seems narrower and now there is uncomfortable pressure and it sprays.

Im affraid that soon I cant pee or my penis rips apart from the pressure or I dont know what. Can that get better by itself if I control the pressure by hand for a while?

I called the hospital yesterday, the lady called the doctor that did the surgery.

Then called me back and the doctor aparently told her its not urgent and I should come in on Monday when there are people in the urology department.

I keep reading about meatal stenosis and the imagination of a second surgery and now at the very most sensitiv point of my body scares the shit out of me

I doubt that your penis will rip apart. If you stop being able to pee, seek emergency help otherwise see the urologist on Monday.

I kind of try to avoid that until the actual appointment in one week if possible. But thank you!

That's all normal. You sound just like me last month. I was peeing 2-3 streams for the first couple of weeks after circumcision. You will eventually pee normally as the weeks pass.

Thanks, I was just afraid theres gonna build up hard stuff over the hole. That -fingers crossed- doesn’t seem to happen tho. It actually seems better today.

Any update? I'm on my 6th day post op and now experiencing the same thing.

I had the same issue it stopped after a few days and everything went back to normal.

Mine felt like the pee wasn't coming out at first and it felt pretty uncomfortable, then it came out and it spray but wasn't hurting.

Thats sounds normal, if you have the urge to pee all the time Id see a doc asap tho. I had an infection.

I felt the exact same when you said felt like penis going to rip when trying to pee. How many days did it took you till back to normal?

Maybe u should see a doctor if u feel like its ripping while peeing . For me the urge to pee stopped by the 2nd week mark

My pee spraying stopped and it feels normal now, I'm 8 days post op. Now I just need to deal with the glans sensitivity. Thanks for the help.

Try very tight boxers, loose ones are terrible right now

Yea even i went to my doctor and told him about my urge to pee he told me it will go away in some time . Good to know u feel better now . Sensitivity will reduce over time .

Once the swelling got better, so for me once I got antibiotics and rid of the staphylococcus infection.. so no normal days you could compare to, sorry

Would you say it is normal to feel the burning sensation when peeing? I have to undo my bandage every time I pee because it will go all over. Now I have to brace myself every time I need to pee.

It shouldnt burn where it comes out, only when it touches the cut. For spraying stupidly I have a recommendation: plastic zip lock bags. Go and see a doc rather once more than too little, my infection was no fun
