I had circumcision surgery on the 31 of December. Since then the stitches on frenulum area ripped open and now I have an open wound. Two days ago I notice a row of red pimple like bumps in the wound. It isn’t bleeding just extremely red. Also i woke up from sleep itching like a mad man all over my penis trying to avoid the other stitches. What is going on?
