Unless you are considering a career in porn, forget about cumshots. In the real world there is a huge variety in the amount of precum, if any, and the force of ejaculation. You do not appear to have any penis health problem. Be thankful for that.

Had long periods with no sex life at all! As long as cumming gives you pleasure there's no need to worry about pre cum or the fact it doesn't shoot 20 feet, I've been complimented on having thick semen but never dissed for it not shooting miles. That used happened to me but it was coz I had phimosis(tight foreskin)so the semen had no option then to come out slowly and ooze down, if your foreskin isn’t v tight and you can pull it down like normal then I don’t think you’ve anything to worry about!
And with the precum, I’m 20 and never have much(if any), it’s not an issue at all tho! When you do start having sex, I’d always recommend using lube as it makes it more enjoyable for everyone and then completely gets rid of the need for precum, nothing to worry about!

I am sure you have absolutely nothing to be concerned about. I've never been a 'shooter' - not all men are - and likewise I've never produced much precum, so don't worry, it's not that unusual.
