How to last longer in bed?

Hello kind people, do you have any tips on how to last longer in bed. I started doing kegels like 6 days ago so i've been wondering are there other ways to last longer?

So most of the times it depends on a lot of factors but most important is the psychological factor . Try to be less anxious , worried , stressed about the doubt that you might be lasting lesser and try to indulge in the activity both mind and body . This is the most underrated tip I can think of . Other tips include stopping yourself when you are peaking/about to orgasm and then continuing after a brief interval . Though this might not directly increase the time duration , it can help the process .

There are many drugs which can help as well . If you are worried you have PE , do consult with a doc because it's very very treatable . If you are just curious , then I think the above can help along with the kegel exercises. All the best !

Hi, I agree with the emotional aspect and managing anxiety. I wouldn't say I struggle with premature ejaculation but I don't always enjoy sex as much, largely because I want to be more vigorous (so does my wife). When i was a virgin I used to masturbate, a lot.I had only myself to worry about so I'd be all about the orgasm.

As I grew older i realised that this wasn't going to give my partner much pleasure.
