I think lidocaine gel works, but it's not meant to use daily. Your glans under foreskin will get used to touch. Just keep practicing.

I wouldn’t go putting desensitising ointment on your penis. If you lost to much sensation you would be devastated. How old are you? Have you have just started to retract your foreskin? It will adapt on it’s own. Playing around with it touching and holding it will get you used to it quicker. Every man / boy goes though this. It will be fine just enjoy. I wish I was back to the way you are.

Have you googled lignocaine gel? On the nhs site it says no for use on the genitals unless you have consulted a doctor.

Some really good advice on here. Just pull back as much as you can whilst in bath or shower, that should help with cleaning. The shower spray will also help with desensitising.

Be careful that deadening gels may actually damage the nerve endings on your penile head. Lay in the bath and examine yourself under the water and you may find that helps. For masturbation try using a condom which might help your head toughen up. If it continues you need to go to a GP. Do you have a problem when you are walking or cycling if your head rubs against your underwear?

The penis is indeed created to be more sensitive than other parts of the body when touched, especially the glans penis. because it is designed by God, only accepts touch / friction from the opposite sex who has the same sensitivity to get pleasure in having sex.

keep the penis covered by the foreskin as it should. just have to clean it with running water every day to get rid of the rest of the urine that has a bad smell. never clean the glans penis with soap. perfume or any chemical, because it can change the texture and color of the glans penis if used for a long time. enough clean water. and when touching the head of the penis the hands must be clean.
