ive been circumcised since October and my penis doesnt hurt from the circumcision at all. I noticed when all the stitches were off, the incision has formed a foreskin that doesnt completly cover the glans but touches the corona of the glans. Will this area smooth out over time or will it stay like a foreskin? Should i do a recircumcision?

I wouldn’t do anything yet . You may still have a little swelling and when you penis is completely healed you may need that extra skin to get an erection.
Are you a 'grower'? In that case you need the extra skin to allow for increase in penis length as you erect and 'grow'.
If you don't need the extra skin for erections then it is entirely up to you whether you accept that the glans rim may be covered, or get a revision to remove that extra skin. However, you should not get further surgery in the same area for at least 6 months to ensure that the original circumcision has fully settled down with no hidden swelling.
