5th Day after ZSR Circumcision

I am getting intolerable extreme pain from 3rd day. Not slept for 2 days. I am seeing some fuss coming out around the staples. I also got one area stiched near frenulum (don't know if something has gone wrong during surgery). I am getting extreme pain in that stiched area. For 2 days I let it open but now I had done some dressing around the staples. I am also getting pain in scrotum area. Is pain in scrotum normal after circumcision. Should I daily do dressing or keep it open.

I would get it checked by a doctor. Sounds like you may have an infection.

Was it ZSR surgery? Upto 10 days its painful. Pull skin and pour saline water. Then swipe it with saline wet cotton. Be gentle. Apply ointment that your doc prescribed. I used Tbact for 10 days and changed to Neosporin which helped healing faster. Use gauze to cover and stick them up with microspore tape. That is all the dressing I did after bath each day. If zsr, the silicon ring will peel off as you swipe clean between 10 and 15 days. Mine peeled partially on 9th day and completely on 10th. Hope you are on oral antibiotics and pain killers. I had them for 10 days and doc asked me to continue for 5 more days on my followup. I am on 13th day today. Around 10th day I was recovering from glans sensitivity. Thats even more horrible when glans come in contact with garments. Everything will become normal, just have some patience. If unbearable, go see your doc quickly. In my case he was able to consult online over whatsapp through which I shared pics. Take care and wish you speedy recovery.
