When in erect position how far back should your foreskin be able to retract? Mine can’t go fully down to the shaft but it goes down enough to exposed head of penis and a bit further. Is this normal?

How far back should foreskin be able to retract when I’m erect?
Sounds normal to me. No pain when you retract?
No pain unless I pull it pass my limits
I suspect that is true for any part of the body. If you feel you need reassurance then do see your doctor.
Hi you should be able to freely retract the foreskin with out any restriction or discomfort. sometimes the frenulum can restrict this if it was short the head would pull down and it would be uncomfortable. if you're not sure you should ask your doctor for there opinion.
What you describe is normal. Does that work well for you, or do you want more?
Your penis sounds perfectly normal. If the foreskin can move freely up and back over the glans head then it's just fine. I am also intact/uncircumcised and you have nothing to worry about
All sounds good and normal!
Some guys have foreskins which sit behind the glans and some, perhaps less commonly, retract back completely down the shaft. Retraction will be a function of foreskin tension, frenulum length and also length of foreskin itself. Some guys with longer foreskins may have totally free movement but the glans may be fully/partially covered, only fully retracted on the downstroke.
There is a lot of perfectly functional variation in nature!
Your situation seems normal. The amount that the foreskin retracts on its own as the penis becomes erect varies from man to man.
For some men, the foreskin retracts on its own to fully expose the glans (penis head).
In some cases like this, the foreskin is bunched behind the corona (rim) of the glans; in other cases, the foreskin is stretched with no bunching, giving the appearance of an erect, circumcised penis.
For other men, like myself, the foreskin hardly retracts at all when I get an erection. I have to manually pull it back in order to expose the glans, but I can do so without tightness, pain or any kind of struggle, so I'm fine. I can also pull my foreskin further back along the shaft (erect or flaccid) so that there is no bunching, but if I let it go, it will bunch up behind my glans.
If you can manually pull your foreskin back to completely expose your glans (without tightness, pain or a struggle) and so that there is no bunching, you're fine.
