When can I see final product? post OP, 4 week, do not like the result

Long story short, Ive had to go through 3 surgeries for phimosis. First time it was just a little bit of foreskin, then they removed a lot more, then, now at another and better hospital, they said they removed everything. The doctor said they wanted to have some space, some millimeters, and not a very tight cut. They didnt say what type of cut, but after googling I presume I have a low and loose cut, but its tight as F*** when erected.

My penis do not look like those penises I find around the internett / pornhub. My cut is very strange I would say, and its also pretty strange since its my third time doing this. It is hell to go through.

My question is, when can I see the final "product" ? Im 4 weeks in post OP, and the stitches have been falling out. Ive been healing well, and there is just some white stuff inn the scars, old enzymes and the last scarring-phase. I still think its pretty tight, and not the result I wanted. Just cant belive its not fixed yet...

Guys often report that initial tightness post surgery gets better.
