Is It Normal For The Skin When The Circumcision Was Made To Be Tight And I Few Of My Stitches Popped Out And On The Left Side The Wound Is Open More Than The Rest Will It Eventually Close I Do A Shower And 2 Salt Water Baths A Day But I See No Changes In The Inner Skin Where The Cut Was Made When Will Even Be Normal Again 😓

Normally when a stitched wound heals it heals from the top down. When you lose stitches before that healing has fully taken place, it will heal but from the bottom up. That means that your scar at that point will be a little wider than the rest - but it will heal. I hope that that helps you. Take care.
