So everything in terms of pain amd healing seems to be ok however. The right side of my penis looks like it has healed/healing differently from the left side. Left side seems tighter less bumpy. Right side seems puffy. Can see outline of were stitches were. Just looks like it has healed very differently. Concerned maybe it healed incorrectly on the right side or excess skin. Or could it still be swollen?? If so its not painful.
Any advice guys?

The only way to assess whether it is a problem or whether it is still healing is to get yourself examined by a doctor. As an aside, we have had guys reporting swelling type issues up to a year!
The same thing happened to me. The right side healed faster than the left side. I had a hard bump on my left for about 3 months! The underside where the frenulum is located took about 4 months! It is a long healing process for some. It just takes time and patience!
you will have to wait until it is fully healed. it can take some time. in my case my original reaction was one side of the fren had a bit more excess than the other. i waited 4 months to see of it will even out. but after aboit 3 months it won't reduce any more so here i am after reducing a bit more and restoring the balance under the frenulum. my advice is to wait until you stop healing. then take a call on what needs to be done
