My penis head is a little red and extra sensitive after retracting my foreskin for the first time.

It's not painful but the discomfort is very real.

It should not be uncomfortable in any way to retract your foreskin, which you should have been taught to do by about 8 years old to clean daily under it.

I was about 14 when I first tried to retract my foreskin. I did it in the bath. I thought when the foreskin came past the head that the head would fall off 😂. It was tight and after words it was red and sore. I kept going with it when in the bath. I suppose it was the start of masturbation. It felt good. I would pull it back as far as I could and hold it there for a bit. What I’m saying is to keep with it and stretch as far as you can. Play with it. The more you do this the easier it will be. Try some cream as well.
