Bruises on the glans

Hey guys,

I've got some bruising on my glans, mainly around the rim. I got circumcised 29 days ago (due to balanoposthitis), but I don't think it's from the surgery. I believe I've had it from before, due to vigorous intercourse. I was wondering if there is anything I can use to make it better, as it's been a persistent thing for over a month, maybe two now. I really don't think it will go away on its own. Do you know of any creams, oils, foods, or special care routines that help bruises heal/heal quicker?
