ZSR stapler circumcision

Its day 8 from my circumcistion. When will the pins get dropped. Its still paining and I see very very slow healing. Kindly help.

in my case it took 33 days for 80% of the silicon ring to be detached completely, first 2 weeks are tough, it will get better as time passes.

for me half of the ring cafe off on day 12 and the rest i pulled out with my hands on day 16
