I have this red bump that appeared a couple of days ago. It’ does not hurt and is not itchy. It’s just there and I don’t really know what it is. I haven’t been sexually active but I did receive head a couple of weeks ago.

You know what you need to do. Get checked out at a sexual health clinic.
If there is not a sexual health clinic near you, see your doctor snd have the lump examined.
