Hello, i'm new to this forum and the first talking time talking about this. I had phimosis and was able to fully retract by stretching over the years. Having phimosis also came with the hypersensitivity. The progress it took me to desensitize my glans was taking too long. Water dripping on the glans was enough to make me whimper. I was in college and wanted to experience. So I decided to get circumcised. I was told that it would take a few weeks or months for things to get to normal however my glans still get sensitive to where it is not painful but very uncomfortable. This is now 4 years of my glans being exposed. When i'd receive oral or having sex it'd be pleasurable and painless then some minutes later my glans start to feel too sensitive. I'm starting to get frustrated.
I've tried desensitize creams like retardin but they don't make me feel anything and when Ive tried finding a sweetspot with the amount of cream to numbness, at best it feels like having a slightly numb penis whilst a pain underlies it. Has anyone experienced this slow desensitization ? Will it take another 4 years for it to go away? Is there anything I could do now? Should i turn into a masochist??!? Has anyone experience been like this and if so please share your story and what has or hasn't worked for you.
