Question day 16 of circumcision

I have a quick question, I’m on day 16 and underneath where my frenulum used to be is kinda sensitive which to my surprise it never bothered me until today 😳 I’m pretty sure it still healing because there’s bumps from the stitches. I only have 4 left that are a pain in the rear. My question is how long will it take for it not to bother so much? Or I’ll just have to wait on time?

The frenulum area is usually the last to heal, typically taking about a week longer than the main circumcision line.

The stitches will all have done their job by now and any remaining can usefully be removed to improve comfort, reduce swelling and prevent stitch tunnels.

The remaining stitches are very painful if I try to remove them. So what I’m doing is waiting it out a little until they are able to be pulled.
