Idk, but there is no need for soap under foreskin. Water is enough or soapless soap like 'Sebamed' pH near 5.5. If you have balanitis with a partner you both may need treatment. Ask more for your local healthcare.

To ease and provide a cooling sensation my mom had bought this female product called lemisol, that’s what I use now anyways. Also I used iodine to help heal the minor cuts and clean it out with Q-tips. But that’s not a solution. Go and see your doc so they can prescribe you something like bacitracin which helps keep the bacteria down and helps to retract the skin back. Plus they’ll give you antibiotics to kill the fungal infection.

Antibiotics aren’t normally prescribed to kill fungal infections as they tend to cause it rather than cure it.

That’s what my doctor gave me, first it was a one time pill and then he prescribed antibiotics.

All soaps and gels should be avoided. Bacteria inside the foreskin keep it healthy. A bit of plain yogurt put inside the foreskin can help to rebuild good bacteria.

Yes, also made the mistake of using antibacterial soap once when desperate to get rid of fishy smell. Not recommended.
