cant pull foreskin all the way back when erect

Hi, I'm 19 and I've never really had a problem with my foreskin until i realized that when im erect I cant pull it fully back without it getting tight around the head. I did some research and my case doesnt seem to be as serious as when im not erect I can easily pull it back to clean etc. but im worried that in the future it will cause problems. Dont really seem to enjoy sex because of it either because i dont really control it the same way i do with masturbating. Please help, if circ is the only option what are the steps I go about doing so? Thanks in advance
