Hey guys, another question here. What’s the best way to keep the head of the penis clean around the wound site? I’ve been letting water run over it in the shower but I don’t know if that’s cleaning it properly. My skin is still a bit swollen, and I don’t want to expose the stitches too much because I don’t want to tear the stitches! Any advice guys?

I’d have thought that just using water the way you have been so far should suffice in first few days until wound is sealed. Thereafter you should be able to take a bath and have a good soak.
