Spot on penis glans

This spot appeared one the glans of my penis a few months ago. It was way worse before and it has gradually cleared up. I have spent hundreds of dollars at dermatologists. First appointment, the dermatologist told me it was a fungal infection. I was prescribed Nystatin cream and it didn’t really help. Next appointment, the dermatologist told me it was balanitis and I was prescribed desonide cream to reduce the inflammation. That cream barely helped. What has helped I guess is maintaining good hygiene and wiping after every go. Another dermatologist has told me it is non-specific balanitis and it should go away eventually. It’s been a month and I have followed their recommendations and I’m lost. Any help appreciated.

Hi mate we have all had this problem at one point specially if your not circumcised, best advice I can give ya from a personal experience is your is penis is like any other part of your body just more sensitive, you will

Always get the odd spot, the odd red patch so try not to worry to much.

Best cream I’ve found that works mate is sudacream, apply a thin layer in the morning do your daily routine (work)

Come home and wash it off with soap 🧼 only, no shower gels or anything with a fragrance, and repeat for a few days.

And watch it clear up, you will

See a big difference.

Also the washing powder you use can contributes to this issue, I have switched to non bio fairy washing powders and comforter and does make a difference.
