After circumcision length

I got circumcised 9 days ago, when I get erections they hurt and isn’t my usual length. I still have all my stitches and still swollen so could that be a reason why my erection isn’t getting fully erect and full length? Also when I get an erection my shaft skin is tight and restricted, could that be from swelling and stitches as well?

It is highly likely, that at your early stage in healing, that your issues are related to swelling. Take care.

Hey man, i know exactly what your talking about. I'm on my 23rd day and at this point I still think it is very tight because of the stiches and the swelling. At your stage, you're probably still having very painful night erections since the sutures are still attaching your skin together. It is gonna look like you've lost some inches, that's pretty normal as well. Within a few days it's gonna reduce the swelling, but keep in mind the final result is usually seen within 4-6 weeks or more depending on each one.

Also, your stiches are probably gonna fall off in a week or so

You have only just reached the 1 week mark in a healing journey of 6-8 weeks. You will have very considerable swelling and this not only makes erections uncomfortable, but masks a significant amount of your penis length. You have not lost any length and when the swelling subsides the true length will become apparent again.
