I got circumcised 3 weeks ago because of phimosis and I lost like half and inch of erected length. I tried looking about it on internet and other blogs but couldn’t find much informative.
Has anyone experienced the same or know anything about it.
Will it recover back, if yes then how much time will it take.
It is likely to be because of the post-op swelling, so give it time. You are still quite early in your healing.
It’s pretty common. I freaked out when the first week I was about half my normal length. It’s due to the swelling and bruising. I’m about 3 months post op and my length is normal.
it is very normal, its my 4 month and i am just reaching my length again after losing almost an inch. A dr told me stretchers may really work too.
darc2020 I was always a bit skeptical about stretchers, but I know some guys on this forum have had positive results.
I lost same amount and it was botched to. I'm planning on getting it fixed with plastic surgery.
its great to read that this is a known issue and many are getting length back, i have lost about 1 - 1.5 inch. 7 days post op, still very swollen so what i lost in length, i have in girth at the moment haha.
