Something is up with my pp...

Hello i am new here....So about 2 weeks ago,i noticed something on my penis..it had like a violet outline on the side(corona of glans to be precise)..so can anyone tell me what it is?????(by the way it is not purpura)

it doesnt hurt at all....and there is no pain while urinating...

Perhaps you need a medical diagnosis and that would put your mind at rest. We are not doctors here.
