Any one had something similar I don’t think it is a Std because the symptoms say swollen balls also urine does not really burn just stings tiny bit now

You need to consult a doctor. What you describe is clearly not normal. And highly unlikely to spontaneously get better.
You might want to contact a sexual health clinic for appropriate tests.
had a similar problem.... best to go to local health practitioner and they can give best advice on where to go for testing
